If you decide to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship it back to us in unopened and brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund. If you purchased your order with FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct original shipping charges from the amount you paid. If Vapors & Things security label on the package is broken your order, it is not returnable. RMA number is required for all returns. To get RMA and return instructions please contact to us.

While it is very rare, mistakes can happen through our shipping center or through our trusted carriers that deliver the package. Unfortunately, no. Due to various customs laws we choose to ship exclusively to the United States, APO/FPO US Military addresses, and US territories. If you have a specific question about shipping, please refer to our shipping policy or contact one of our customer service representatives.

Vapors & Things offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders  within the USA. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days from date of shipment (not including weekends or holidays). If you wish to receive your order faster, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

Our website is updated every moment to let you know the current status of our inventory. If item description states “In Stock”, we have that particular item in the warehouse right now, ready to ship. “Out of Stock” means that while we do not currently have the item in our warehouse, it is in route and should be available for shipment soon. There may be a case where inventory is incorrectly listed as “In Stock” due to various uncontrollable reasons. In this very rare instance we will contact you ASAP by phone or email, notifying you of the discrepancy and providing an estimated date of arrival.

We know you want your order ASAP, and we work hard to be the fastest and most reliable shippers in the industry. We will process all in-stock orders received by 3:00pm EST for same day shipping from our warehouse in New Jersey (Orders received after 3:00pm EST ships next business day). Shipping can take up to 7 business days from date of shipment (not including weekends or holidays). We cannot be held responsible for USPS/UPS errors or other delays out of our control. If you wish to receive your order faster, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

All items are shipped in plain, unbranded brown boxes or yellow envelopes. VNT will show as sender but there will be no product information.

Our warehouses are located in the state of New Jersey. Therefore, we also charge 7 percent Sales tax for New Jersey residents.

While a signature is required for orders over $99, UPS may obtain, at its discretion, an electronic authorization to release the package without a signature on delivery.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times. Upgrade options are not available for these shipping destinations.

We do accept Money Orders and Bank Checks. You can place your order over the phone, and your order will be shipped after we receive your payment. (This payment method delays your order)

Only residents of New Jersey are required to pay sales tax (6.625%).

Unfortunately, due to its nature, we cannot offer warranty on any glass products. However, we do offer a 1 (one) year warranty on all of our original brands (Vapors & Things®, Highper Shredder® and Xenon®). Warranties on all 3rd party manufactured products are offered on behalf of the original manufacturers.

Vapors & Things does not sell products to anyone under legal tobacco products buying age according to customer’s state laws. We use 3rd party trusted partners to verify customer’s age. It is %100 safe and secure.
